【Official Statement: Regarding Unauthorized Fundraising Using the Name of Venerable Master Hsing Yun and Clarification on Building Affiliation】
Recently, a fundraising proposal and building plan titled "Remembering Master Xing Yun" has been circulating on social media. Fo Guang Shan (Singapore) hereby clarifies that our temple has never authorized any third party to utilize the image or intellectual property of Venerable Master Hsing Yun for fundraising purposes.
Furthermore, although the architectural design presented in the plan bears a high degree of resemblance to our temple's "FGS(S) 3G Building @ Playfair," this project has no legal, commercial, or administrative affiliation with our temple. We urge all devotees to verify information through official channels and remain vigilant to avoid being misled. Our temple reserves all rights to take legal action.
